Picture
Having received her Bachelors of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame, Colleen Larson went on to obtain her Master of Fine Arts in Production Design from the American Film Institute Conservatory. Since graduating, Colleen has worked for Sony Pictures Television, Lionsgate, ABC, and the National Parks Service, as well as designing and art directing independent projects.

As a production designer, she combines her loves of classical design and visual storytelling. At AFI she had the opportunity to design and art direct several short films, including her Masters Thesis film entitled, "The Mushroom Sessions" which was named an official selection at several film festivals across the country. Along with designing shorts, Colleen had the privilege of being taught by Robert Boyle ("The Birds", "North by Northwest", "Fiddler on the Roof").

Colleen lives in Los Angeles and is currently art directing the independent feature film "Big Significant Things" in Jackson, Mississippi.
